Returns/Refunds/Shipping

Due to the nature of our products and sanitary concerns, refunds/returns/exchanges are not accepted. Each product is carefully inspected prior to shipping. In order to sustain low shipping costs to all domestic clients, we ship our items in lightweight resealable bags ideal for continued storage, therefore, item may or may not come in original packaging. If there are any questions about the color or anything else regarding the product itself, please ask before purchasing. You can do so through our Contact Us page. We will not accept returns/refunds/exchanges under any circumstances. It is our legal obligation to fulfill orders and facilitate transactions exactly as our policies indicate. Therefore, we will not entertain any disputes. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy.

All sales are final.

You are responsible for choosing your desired shipping method/curbside location. We will only ship to the shipping address provided; therefore, you must make sure the information provided is accurate and COMPLETELY filled out. We are not responsible for lost packages. By placing an order, you assume responsibility that you have read all the information we have provided to you. We will not credit or refund you the potential savings from a coupon code or discount after you have completed your purchase.

On rare occasions, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with us and so we can speak on the matter. We do this for customer and company safety.
