Orders are shipped USPS first class/priority mail/parcel select, Monday through Friday within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you shall receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder as it may have been sent there by mistake. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 7 business days. In order to sustain low shipping costs to all domestic clients, we almost always ship our items in lightweight resealable bags ideal for continued storage, therefore, item may or may not come in original packaging. We will only ship to the shipping address provided; therefore, you must make sure the information provided is accurate and COMPLETELY filled out. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. By placing an order, you assume responsibility that you have read all the information we have provided to you.

On rare occasions, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account.
